1- project initiation

The discovery call

A 20-minute complimentary phone call intended to clarify your expectations, your scope of work and your timelines.  During this call, we are getting to know each other. Once we discover, we are the perfect fit, we can move on to The Consultation.

A 2hrs personalized Q & A session in your own living room or kitchen table. Whether renovating or decorating, we’ll come prepared to inspire, provide solutions and help you make your upcoming project a reality.

2- Research, Design & Presentation

This length of this phase depends on the project scope. Nonetheless, this phase begins with the very un-glamorous TRADE DAY. It’s about taking site measurements, making notes, assessing the room(s), discussing options and finally taking ‘before’ pictures. The pictures help with keeping the visuals front and centre will working on the design concept.

Trade day information is used for DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION. During this time, we are executing drawings, sourcing goods and requesting trade estimates. This phase ends with the CLIENT PRESENTATION. This includes a visual display of furnishings and materials, as well as, a presentation of estimates.

During this phase, we also determine the budget required to complete the work. Following the presentation, project management fees are determined and final phase is initiated.
