We will talk non-stop for 20 minutes on the phone. We will both agree that we can’t wait to work together. The description of your upcoming home improvement project will be absolutely divine. Your budget numbers will be sound. We will agree that a face to face meeting is the next logical step.
In this meeting, we will walk through the project in detail. We’ll talk design style, your goals and how you envision the space. Finally, we’ll discuss the budget in detail.
Before we begin, it’s important to review the budget against the scope of work. We need to determine that every item in the space is accounted for in the budget. Once we all agree with the figures, we can move forward with pricing labour and materials.
THE DESIGN CONCEPT
With a finalized budget, we can move forward with creating the design concept. We will incorporate ideas from your lifestyle questionnaire, image collages and our meetings. Your floor plan will begin to take shape before your eyes with digital images and actual product samples.
We’ve discussed the budget. We’ve agreed on the scope of work. It’s time to submit this document for pricing. We can recommend trades people. Alternatively, we are happy to work with your trades.
We know you can’t be in two places at once, so we will be checking the progress of your project. The trades will receive the install and design instructions. We will be on call for any questions about materials and installation.
BRINGING THE VISION TO LIFE
While the trades are working on the construction phase, we are bringing the design concept to life. We are sourcing fabrics, window treatments and custom designing furniture. Because details matter, we are sourcing the wall art and accessories.
PULLING IT ALL TOGETHER
We handle the purchasing of all goods included in the design concept. We manage the orders, coordinate the deliveries and inspect the goods before they come through the front door.
